Solvent Extraction Process .
After pressed or pre-pressed , we get the cake , the cake has about 7% or 12
13% oil residual . In order to make the oil in the cake is less than 1% , we need to solvent extraction . And Firstly , we need to by the scraper convenyor ,send the cake to the solvent extractor , then leach them about 90-120 minutes , keep the temperature is 70-80 degree . Then we can get the two parts by this process .
- 1. One is wet meal . The meal has the moisture and solvent . Then we need to Desolventizing this . Keep the solvent at 500ppm in the cake ,and moisture is 12.8-13.2 % .
- 2. Another is Miscella . Then the miscella has much solvent and impurities . We also need to wipe off the solvent and impurities. Then we can get the second grade oil .
- .3. Third part is solvent recycle . After we make the solvent change vapor , Then by the condensor , we recycle use the solvent oil . It can save our cost .
- 4. Paraffin oil recovery process . This process is main recycle solvent that canot cooled .
The detailed process of solvent extraction
1. Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;
- 2. Its rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, low power, smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;
- 3. The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.
- 4. The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent inputs, reduce the residual oil in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save energy by reducing the evaporation capacity.
- 5. The high material layer of the extractor helps to form immersion extraction, reduce the meal quality in miscella, improve the quality of crude oil and reduce the evaporation system scaling.
- 6. Specially suitable for the extraction of various pre-pressed meals.
Wet Meal Desolventizing Process
The desolventizer has the three layers , the first layer is pre - desolventizing layer . The second layer is ventilating layer . The third is desolventing layer . The fourth layer is drying layer . The fiveth layer is cooling layer .This process of pre - desolventizing , we use the indirect steam to heat , the tempreature is 70 -80degree . Then the cake enter the ventilating layer , the size of hole is 25 and 30 mm , the we can open the hole by the steam , which
make us easily make the solvent evaporate . The Desolventing layer , the temperature is 107- 108 degree ,this layer , we main desolventize the solvent by thesuperheated steam . Then the cake enter the drying layer , the process , its temperature is 110 - 120 degree , and this process we can make the moisture is 12.8-13.2 in the meal .
Then the cake entre the cooling layer , cooling the temperature to understand 40 degree . And in the meal , the solvent residaul is less than 500 ppm .
1,Passivate and damage the antinutritional components such as the urea enLDme and trypsin in the meal, and improve meal value in use.
2,Control the protein denaturation degree in the meal , and improve the NSI index effectively.
3,It can better regulate the color, flavor and taste of the meal.
4,It can better reduce residual solvent in the meal and regulate the meal moisture, so as to guarantee the minimum solvent consumption and safe use of the meal.
Miscella Evaporating Process
This process is main includes three parts .They are the first tube evaporating , second tube evaporating , and Solvent strriped by the steam process .
The first tube evaporating process , the temperature is 70- 75 degree, the solvent will become the evapour by the indirect steam . This process , the solvent be evaporated 65% .
The secone evaporating process , the temperature is 105degree , the solvent will become the evapour by the indirect steam , this ,process , we can make the 30% solvent become evaporate .
The last 5 % solvent in the oil , we will make it evaporate by the direct steam . The temperature is 105-110 degree .
Negative Pressure Evaporation Advantage
1,Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough de-solvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.
2,Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration area and save investment.
3. Due to the Low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and low residual solvent.
Solvent condensation & recovery process:
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Noncondensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, noncondensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank. The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save energy.
Noncondensable gas from energy saver enters desolventizing condenser, in which a great deal of gas is condensed, and the tail gas is dischargd into the final condenser. The solvent gas from the extractor enters extraction condenser, and the noncondensable tail gas enters the final condenser. For the free gas in final condenser, diversion box, holding tank, underground solvent library and miscella tank, cool them with lowtemperatured cold water to recycle most of solvent gas. The tail gas with little solvent goes to paraffin recovery process.
Paraffin oil recovery process
Tail gas first enters paraffin absorption tower, and then comes the countercurrent absorption of paraffin and tail gas, which can reach the ideal state when the stainless steel packing has large surface area. The solvent content in discharged liquid paraffin (called rich oil) is not more than 5%, so as to ensure the maximum absorption rateThe paraffin rich oil is pumped into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with paraffin lean oil, and then goes to paraffin heater, and finally enters paraffin analysis tower. In the analysis tower, the steamliquid heat exchange is conducted on the surface of stainless steel packing surface with direct steam and richoil paraffin, which can remove the solvent in the paraffin. This kind of paraffin, also called lean oil, exchanges heat with rich oil, and then is cooled to the ideal absorption temperature through the cooler. Next, it enters absorption tower for recycling. The gas mixture from the analysis tower enters energy saver, and the tail gas from the absorption tower is discharged from workshop with the fan.
In solvent recovery system, the solvent enters the holding tank through water tank, and the condensed waste water is discharged from water tank. If the tail gas contains certain solvent, cook it with the cooker to make it meet the emission requirements.
