The working principle of lignite dryer:

The reasonable raw material plate has a changeable angles which can threw moisture materials into the cylinder. The water changed into vapour by hot air-flow. In this way the materials is dryed. The working process step is as the following:

1. The material content 30-50% water is send into the drying equipment through the feed belt conveyor homogeneous continuously.

2. The material from the higher end into the drum, contact wiht hot air.

3. Along with the cylinder rotation drived by the motor, the material was dried by the hot air heated by the heating resource, then the peat flows to the lower end under the action of gravity and the dried material is discharged out.

4. The rotary dryer machine is in negative pressure condition, feeding and discharging end sealing devices is used to avoid air leakage.

Characters of lignite dryer:

1. The heat source has high efficiency, can be ignited and extinguished fastly, the system is environmental protective and energy saving.

2. The moisture feeded in at about 30%, in the primary of the drying system is crushing device, discharging granularity about 10 mm, moisture contril around 10%.

3. In wall of the cylinder has preventing sticky measures, to ensure that without sticking.

4. The main parts have temperature monitoring, pressure monitoring and temperature regulation.

5. When the materials into the feeding and discharging, there is a belt weigher measure.
