The operation process of the Rice Sterilizer/Rice sterilizing Equipment/Automatic Continuous Rice sterilzing Facility
1.First,The materials-rice is put on the belt of the inlet.
2.Second,adjust the control cabinet,adjust the speed of the belt to control the temperature.
3.When the materials-rice come into the box,the heating system will generate microwave acting on the materials-rice.Compared to the traditional dryer sterilizer,the microwave sterilizing the materials from inside,because of the microwave penetrability,the microwave can dry and sterilize the materials evenly in the box.
4.And there is far infrared thermometer in the box to check the temperature.
5.It just need about 3-10 minutes one batch depends on how big the machine is.
6.The control cabinet can install on the body,it depends on your requirements.
