1. Deshelling: the shell of the peanuts must be removed before being processed, the shell is very active, which can influence the oil pressed rate a lot.
2. Screening: the seeds shall be cleaned before being crushed or soften, the impurities in the seeds will make the oil quality bad, and make it hard to refine. It is necessary to remove all the impurities includes big and small ones.
3. Destoning and magnetic separating: the metal matters and small stones must be removed, they will abrade the machine badly, and also will influence the oil quality a lot.
4. Crushing: the seeds shall be crushed into small pieces, which can make it easier for the oil to be pressed out. Usually it shall be crushed into 6-8 pieces.
5. Softening: after crushing ,softening shall follow, the crushed pieces shall be in good state, which has the most suitable moisture and temperature state. And then, the oil will be pressed out very easily.
6. Flaking: after being soften, the seeds will have very good flexibi8lity, it can be flaked into average flakes, which has the equal thickness, and is in the best station to be finally pressed to oil.
7. Cooking: the last step before pressing is cooking, the cooked material is of good smell, what’s more, it can raise the oil pressed rate.
8. Pressing: screw oil press designed by our company has very unique character, it can work under any condition, with less power, which can save energy, it also has a rater higher oil pressed rate and less residual rate. The residual is less than 6%.
9. Filtering: the crude oil shall be filtered to remove the small impurities in the oil. We do have blade filters, bag filters, plate filters and so on, according to different material and capacity, we do suggest different types.
10. Solvent extraction: for big capacity, normally more than 30tons per day, after being pressed, there is still some residual in the cake, if the cake is not used to the fullest, it will be a waste. By using solvent extraction technology, the residual can be reduced less than 0.5%, which means you can get at least more than 8% oil per unite. According to different requirement, we will suggest customers to use rotocel, loop and drag chain extractor.
11. Refinery: according to customers’ requirement and the capacity asked, we do suggest different equipment and technology, normally if the capacity is 1-10TPD ,We do suggest batching refinery, if it is 10-20TPD, we do suggest semi continuous, and if it is more than 20TPD, we do suggest continuous refining.
12. Fractionation or dewaxing: for crude oil of sunflower, red seed, corn, palm, rice bran ,the wax in the oil shall be removed. The crystallization, filtering and cooling system designed by us is unique and highly spoken of by customers all over the world.
